CANCELLED ORDERS & REFUNDS
Before purchasing online, please make sure that you are committed. If you aren't completely ready, just call us to request a HOLD. Don't purchase something just to "lock it up" while you think about it. That causes accounting problems, expense, and prevents another customer from buying the item. Merchants pay a non-refundable service fee on every credit card transaction, including ones that are cancelled minutes after clicking "purchase." Our policy: Cancellation of orders over $1,000 without a valid reason are subject to a 2% deduction from the refund as a restocking fee. Example: Customer buys $2,000 item and cancels the next day. We deduct $40 (2%) from the refund. Net We refund $1960.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable. If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
